Alpinestars
NS-5 (XL)
or TZ1 (52?)
jacket (depending on my mood), a Widder
electric vest for the cold days* and a
Firstgear
synchro rain jacket for the wet (or really cold) ones. I have no real
complaints about any of these items and I've crashed tested all of
multiple times (doh).

Icon (XL) short gloves for commuting,
Widder electric gloves for cold
days and I throw on a pair of my road racing gloves
for canyon carving.
The Widder gloves are warm, plugged in or not, but their cloth
construction doesn't hold up that well in a crash and if you take 'em
out in a good rain plan on a couple days for 'em to dry out afterward.

Motoport
Voyager AX
overpants (XL) and Firstgear
synchro rain pants (when necessary).
The Motoport pants are the best overpants that I've found and
motoport's customer service is outstanding. The pants would be better if
they added some hip padding and I had a tailor sew on some velcro for
kneepucks for canyon carving.
The Firsgear rain pants are dry, cheap, durable and easy to pull on.

What can I say? I love my Sidi
Vertebra (46) boots! I either keep some normal shoes at work or take some
with me. These boots are all day long comfortable, particularly if you
drop a pair of gel arch support pads
in 'em.

I tend to store certain items in my gear as well: tire pressure gauge,
chemical hand warmers (just in case), extra money (bridge tolls, pay phones,
etc.), extra ear plugs, some
rope (just in case again), a copy of my drivers license, registration and
proof or insurance and other important bits.
See my Road Racing and
Dirt gear as well.
